DUOFALZ METAL STRIPS AND SHEETS MADE OF PAINT-COATED ALUMINIUM.

Coloured aluminium strips specially for use on the roof and the façade.

GRÖMO supplies metal strips from the DUOFALZ series in the colours anthracite, brown (Testa di Moro), light grey, white, moss green, brick red and oxide red as either a 60 kg or a 500 kg coil. The coloured aluminium strip in seam quality (material quality: EN AW 3005 H41) material 0.7 mm thick can be used on both sides. On the front is a 30 μm thick TX coating with a textured surface and a premium matt appearance; on the back is a 25 μm thick SX coating in the same colour with a smooth surface and an elegant, silk gloss appearance. DUOFALZ thus offers the greatest possible flexibility as well as a wide range of applications. The coating on DUOFALZ coloured aluminium strips is produced using the coal-coating process and can withstand the effects of weather for a long time. Upon request, the coloured aluminium strips are also available in other roll sizes, 1.0 mm thick material and a stucco version.

GRÖMO also offers metal sheets, also from the DUOFALZ series, made from paint-coated aluminium in the size 1000 x 2000 mm in the colours anthracite, brown (Testa di Moro), light grey, white, moss green, brick red and oxide red. Like the coloured aluminium strips, the sheet material can be used on both sides thanks to the double-sided TX/SX coating.

The outstanding quality of the DUOFALZ base material in combination with the high-quality coating is impressively proven with a 40-year guarantee on material and surface.

We guarantee that the supporting material of products in the DUOFALZ series will not change in any way that impairs the mechanical functionality of the double standing seam backing during the guarantee period. Furthermore, we guarantee that the paint coating will not chip off, flake away or form bubbles during the guarantee period.

The guarantee on the paint coating applies to the original DUOFALZ TX textured side when laid on the outside of the roof or façade.
